Producer gas station system is generally divided into crude gasstation and clean gas station according to the property distinctionof outlet gas ; while as per the distinction of furnace type, it isgenerally divided into one-stage coal gas station(1Q), double-stagecoal gas station(3Q) and pyrolysis coal gas station(5Q). Producergas station is widely used in metallurgy, ceramics, glass,nonferrous metals, chemicals, refractory, machinery and otherfields. The core equipment of coal gas station system is coalgasifier which is also called gas producer. It uses the mixture ofair and steam as gasifying agent and occurs redox reaction withcoal for raw material under the condition of high temperature, thengenerates coal gas which contains CO and H2 as main combustiblecomponent.
